Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Please allow 3-5 business days for order fulfillment. We do not fulfill orders on weekends or holidays.
Orders ship via USPS, with an estimated transit time of 4 business days after fulfillment. Please allow approximately a week and a half from purchase to delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays.
Preorders
Preorder shipping dates are estimates. Please refer to the timeframe listed on the product page when placing your order. If we expect your order to ship more than 5 business days later than the original estimate, we’ll notify you by email with an updated timeframe.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Turtle Rescue Club purchase! Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags attached.
- Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Exchanges: We’ll cover the return shipping label to send your original item back to us. You’ll cover the shipping cost for the replacement item. Exchanges are subject to availability.
To start a return or exchange, email hello@turtlerescueclubshop.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return or exchange. Please contact us before mailing anything back (we'll cover the return label!) and allow up to 48 hours for a response.
Something wrong with your order?
If your item arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or your order doesn’t arrive, please email hello@turtlerescueclubshop.com as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos. We’ll make it right at no additional cost to you, including covering any necessary return or replacement shipping.
