Turtle Rescue Club LLC promotes compassion, conservation awareness, and safe community action. We encourage people to help turtles and other wildlife only when it is completely safe to do so and when a responsible adult is present. Personal safety should always come first.
Roadways, traffic conditions, weather, wildlife encounters, and roadside environments are inherently dangerous. Any decision to stop, assist wildlife, enter a roadway, or participate in wildlife-related activities is made voluntarily and at your own risk.
By engaging with Turtle Rescue Club content, products, events, educational materials, or community initiatives, you acknowledge and agree that Turtle Rescue Club LLC, its owners, affiliates, partners, volunteers, and representatives are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, damages, losses, legal violations, or death resulting from or related to wildlife intervention, roadside activity, transportation, or participation in any associated activities.
Turtle Rescue Club does not provide professional wildlife handling, traffic control, medical, or legal advice. Participants are solely responsible for complying with all local laws, exercising good judgment, and prioritizing their own safety and the safety of others at all times.
If a situation feels unsafe, do not intervene. Observe from a safe distance and contact local wildlife professionals or authorities when appropriate.
