Turtle Rescue Club is a small, independently operated business. Every order is packed with care by our small team, and we truly appreciate your patience and support.

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, orders will ship within 5 business days of purchase. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During product launches, events, holidays, or high-volume periods, shipping times may occasionally take longer than expected. If this happens, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.
